The EM-I16J offers the capability for one-time customization of three data collection modules: a one-dimensional/ two-dimensional code module, an NFC module, and an additional fingerprint module. These three modules can be simultaneously reconfigured to ensure meeting diverse product requirements from customers. |

Structure
The structure of EM-I16J follows a consistent composite route, meaning a unified appearance and pre-reserved module openings. It eliminates the need to create new molds for different data acquisition modules. By retaining ample internal space and appearance characteristics, it ensures the integration and utilization of relevant modules. |

Hardware
The data acquisition modules utilized in EM-I16J interact with the motherboard through serial interfaces such as USB, UART, TTL, etc. to execute relevant commands and facilitate data transfer. After multiple rounds of debugging, the device exhibits outstanding performance in aspects such as one/two-dimensional code recognition (accuracy/speed/distance/code format), various NFC protocol types, and fingerprint sensitivity. |

1D/2D Code Scanning Module
The MOTO SE655E 100R and Honeywell N3680 scanners boast fast scanning speeds (50 scans/s), high precision (5 mil), and extended reading distances (actual performance depends on the code format and precision). They can read not only common 1D code formats such as UPC-A, EAN, Code39, and Code128 but also 2D code formats like PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR Code. Additionally, they are capable of reading special barcodes with low contrast, blurred printing, or those displayed on screens. |

The NXP300 operates at a frequency of 13.56MHz and supports various protocols including ISO/IEC 14443A, 14443B, 15693, 18092, and MIFARE. It has a card reading distance of 4cm. |

Fingerprint Module
The FT9369 is an integrated module for collecting capacitive chip data and processing fingerprints. It can perform processes such as fingerprint image acquisition, fingerprint image processing, feature extraction, and comparison and matching of feature values. Its response time is less than 1 second. |
