Dec 2010 New Year's Resolution Kick Start
New Year's Resolution Kickstart & Other Merriment

Hi Subscriber,
How are you doing on your 2010 New Year's Resolutions? That's right, 2010. It's not a misprint. Do you remember what you set as a resolution? Did you set a vague resolution like "exercise more" or "stay healthy" and then forget about it or, worse, actively break it because you "knew" you wouldn't reach it anyway?
This year is different.
This year, you have the opportunity to set concrete goals, gain momentum and find success with the 2011 New Year's Resolution Kickstart. You can find out more on my website. There's also information there about young adult coaching (something I do a lot of ... ask me more about it) and leadership coaching (which can apply to anyone who leads anyone, really).
I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and wish you all the best in 2011!

Where, oh where, is the inspirational story with a deep question to ponder that is usually in these newsletters?
There are now two great ways to receive ongoing inspiration, questions to ponder, practical tips and interesting challenges!
- Sign up for my blog to have updates delivered to your email address. (After you sign up, be sure to watch your email to confirm your subscription).
- Become a fan of Urban Nomad on Facebook to have updates appear in your Facebook news feed.
Here are just a few of the things that you'll find out this week on the blog and on Facebook:
- What happened behind the scenes as I filmed my New Year's Greeting in Rockefeller Center
- The #1 thing missing from guest rooms
- Why I find mountain streams so inspirational
And that's not even the half of it. I promise. This is a busy week and I have so much to share with you, but you won't receive all of this great stuff unless you sign up for the blog or the Urban Nomad Facebook Fan page. Really. This is not just some ploy to get you to sign up. OK, it sort of is, but it's more about me being polite. (Isn't that nice?) Here's the story: this email list that you are already on will continue to receive only occasional updates, so if that's what you want, you got it! I want to respect your boundaries. If you want more, join me at my blog or on Facebook. It's all free and it's always full of purpose, passion, and positive energy.
I look forward to "seeing" you in my other social media realms!

"Dawn
pushed me to find answers on my own and helped me realize that I can
accomplish so much if I work hard. In fact, I finally enrolled in a
difficult training course and now I am certified in a field that I love!
The coaching conversations 100% helped me get through the training."
