Mills Wins Asian Designer and Boat of the Year
Mark Mills was named Yacht Designer of the Year, and the Cape 31 was named Asian Sailing Yacht of the Year 30’-45’, at the 2024 Asian Marine & Boating Awards held during the Shanghai International Boat Show. Collected on Mills’ behalf by Luke Greene of Enterprise Ireland, this second Designer of the Year Award for Mills is an honour reflecting our involvement over 20 years in Asian Racing. Even more exciting is the award for the Cape 31, with the fifth boat inbound to Hong Kong it ensures solid fleet racing in Asia in the worlds most exciting One Design Class is now a reality! Cape 31 Mediterranean Circuit Opens Strongly
The Cape 31 Mediterranean Circuit started with Round 1 at the Primo Cup in Monaco in March, followed by Round 2 in St Tropez in April. With two closely fought wins Adrien Follin’s team on Give Me Five are the boat to beat going into class racing at Porquerolles followed by Round 3 in Hyeres, come join the fun on the European Circuit. Retro 41 Also On Way to US
Also on its way to its owner in the US is our Retro 41 design, launched in Slovenia and soon to be seen on the US East Coast. This lifting keel performance design was drawn for stylish doublehanded weekend fun for the owner and his wife, but able to be launched offshore with him friends on a Bermuda Race.
