It was AWESOME getting to meet some of you at last night's KCIA GBM! When we did these in pre-Covid days, it was a super casual and natural hangout, and translating that energy to Zoom is HARD when we can't all be in a space together. So thanks for indulging us and hanging out for a while, and we'll have some ideas to make future GBM's engaging and lively!
Speaking of meeting you, we need MORE RESPONSES for our KCIA questionnaire! Check it out below and let us know all about wonderful you! |

We've gotten a lot of similar questions about your broadcasts, and we talked about this last night at the GBM, but in case you missed it, we wanted to address them here.
We always prefer that you do your show live. This doesn't require any additional hardware than your laptop, and very little additional software. If you have an interface and external microphone you would like to use, we are more than happy to help you set that up and troubleshoot for remote live broadcasting!
With that being said, we recognize that timezones don't always line up nicely for folks to do a live show. If that's your situation, we will always happily accept your pre-recorded show. Please do your KCIA staff the courtesy of submiting your show NO LESS than 24 hours in advance of air time, so that we have adequate time to upload it and ensure everything is programmed correctly.
As always, you can send any questions to us by email, or hit us up on our Slack channel!

Thanks to everyone who submitted tunes for last week's end-of-summer playlist! We want to do it again! This week's theme will be "Workin' For The Weekend".
If you have a Spotify account, you can add your picks to
the playlist! Can't pick just one? Add as many as you like!
If you're not a Spotify-er, jump over to the
KCIA Slack and drop some tunes there, or you can
email it to us if you prefer
