LIlac Century and Family fun Ride, This Sunday
|
|
NDB has been the mechanical support for the Lilac Ride for 26 years. We help you get started before the ride and help with any technical issues that arise while you're on the course. Free up your Sunday for the first charity ride of the year in the inland northwest. This ride is put on by the Aurora Northwest Rotary club and it helps the community around north Spokane.
-Great things about the Lilac Century-
*2019 the 25, 50, 66, and 100 routes are Gran Fondo timed
*Excellent rest stops around 25 miles apart
*The famous baked potato feed after the ride |

One of the more challanging routes of the charity ride. Hills like Big Sandie, Corkscrew Canyon and it feels like its up hill from Long Lake to Reardan. Last leg is down the very fast Charles road. Finishing along the Centennial trail through Riverside State park. |

This is great route for the family. You can sign the whole family up for one price. Registration includes one shirt and a baked potato feed for the whole crew. You can purchase more shirts for the whole family for a small fee. The route starts and finishes at the Fish Lake Trailhead. No more than a 2% grade. Registration and check in is at the Spokane Falls Communty College. |

The 25 mile route starts and finishes at the Spokane Falls Community College. From SFCC to the Charles Rd rest stop and back on the Centennial trail. There are a couple good hills to get your legs pumping on this one. A little safer route due to a good portion of it being on the Centennial trail. |

These routes are similar in distance, but that is it. The 66 mile route goes along with the 100 mile route around the north side of Long lake. The 66 is a hillyer route with some good climbs. The 50 mile route has less hills. Both the 50 and 66 mille route come together at the top of Charles Road and finshes on the Centennial trail. |
