- Delicious Spoonfuls is a 501C3 nonprofit. Your expenses could be tax deductible!.
- You will be hiring people with Special needs including Down Syndrome, Autism, Mental Illness and more. You will be giving some of these individuals their first opportunity to earn a paycheck towards their independence.
- Ali of our staff with Special Needs have been trained to serve you our delicious ice cream.
- We serve only strictly kosher ice cream. Since we do not make the ice cream ourselves and source only the best choices for you, we can accommodate dairy free, sugar free, Chalav Yisroel, (a stricter form of kosher) and gluten free. We can also find the flavors of your choice.
- We can take our cart to both indoor and outdoor events. We have a portable freezer to accommodate smaller events and serving pre-packaged novelties.
- Ok, there are more than 5 reasons .Ice cream is fun! We have done events for 10 to 150.people.
- We can serve scoops, sundaes made to order, or pre packaged novelties (cones, ice cream pops, ice pops and more).
- If you are not near South Florida, you can donate to keep us growing.We currently rent a U-Haul truck to transport our ice cream cart. Our small freezer can be moved in our car.
- We are trying to get funds to get a used van for about $7500/$8000. Administrative costs add up quickly as well.
- Donations sent on a monthly basis help to keep up with our monthly expenses., You can do this on our website
