INDIVIDUAL PLOT DEVELOPMENT AND OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
We greatly appreciate you for believing in us and for subscribing into our estate scheme Vatican Garden Estate phase 2 Asaba, Delta State. It has been a pleasure collaborating with you on this project.
We would like to bring to your attention that your plot(s) is long overdue for fencing and your 3-year plot development time line will be elapse on _____date_______. There is urgent need for you to leverage on this opportunity to work on the fencing and development of your plot within the next 2 months in line with the estate development policy. None compliance will lead to revocation of your plot(s) with refund of your original payment.
Also not that your plot maintenance is due as the plot(s) are currently over grown with grass and you are expected to clear it to enable us maintain a good ambience in the estate.
We would also like to bring to your attention that you have outstanding payments remaining for the estate infrastructural development. According to our records, the following payment are still pending:
Plot title documentation fee___________________N270,000
Development levy___________________________N1,000,000
Note, the development levy is subject to change.
We kindly request that you review your invoices and arrange for the outstanding payments to be settled at your earliest convenience. Timely payment of at least 30% of your development levy will help us maintain the momentum of the project and ensures the smooth progression of the estate development.
