The 11th Annual Conference for Global Transformation, “Fulfilling a New Reality – What Does it Take” was a smashing success. The commitment to contribute, to act, to make a difference to a world that works for everyone was extraordinary and a memorable experience for all who attended.
Keynote speakers hit the mark, pointing to ways that each of us can generate new realities right now in our lives and the communities and projects with which we’re involved.
-
Andrew Cherng, Founder and CEO of Panda Express, spoke passionately about his commitment to employees’ ongoing personal and professional growth and development.
-
Phyllis Bowen, Ph.D., nationally recognized nutrition researcher, impressed us with the down-to- earth way she spoke about the promises she has taken on and where they have led her.
-
Harry Rosenberg, CEO of Landmark Education, shared powerfully about what the employees have learned and what there is to still learn in the redesign of Landmark Education.
Breakout sessions were practical, relevant, and empowering. We learned about altering conversations, keeping our intentions alive, and dealing powerfully with issues such as building trust, and addressing polarization. We left the Conference with new tools, resources and connections to fulfill our goals for ourselves and our world. See photos, interviews and discussions of the 2011 Conference >>
We are already working on next year’s 12th Annual Conference, so save the dates and we hope to see you next year.
We are delighted to announce our first keynote speaker, Dennis (Chip) Wilson, founder of Vancouver-based Lululemon Athletica Inc. Lululemon has grown since 1998 to over 60 stores across North America based on Chip’s idea to have each store be a community hub where people could learn and discuss the physical aspects of healthy living from yoga and diet to running and cycling as well as the mental aspects of living a powerful life of possibilities. Chip will share with us the growth of his company, its mission and vision for elevating the world from mediocrity to greatness.
