Hello and welcome to the January edition of the Coastal Real Estate newsletter.
We hope everyone had a nice holiday season.
Those of you who follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter know that our Soi Diana office is under renovation. Work on the office will continue a little while longer. During this time the staff from that office will be working out of our office in Welcome Town off of Pattaya Klang between Foodland and Sukhumvit Road.
We have some very nice properties in our first newsletter of the new year so let’s get started.

Red Lotus Sea Festival (Talay Bua Daeng) January 11th– 13th
Red Lotus Sea Nong Han Kumphawapi is a large natural freshwater lake of pinkish red water lilies covering an area of 36 square kilometres with an abundance of aquatic animals, plants, and birds. It has an outstanding ecosystem that has attracted a lot of Thai as well as international researchers to visit for study. In December-February of every year, the pinkish red blossoms of water lilies will be in full bloom and blanket the vast surface of the Nong Han Lake as far as the eye can see, hence, the name “Red Lotus Sea”. During the said period, Udon Thani province holds the Red Lotus Sea Festival at Wat Ban Diam, Tambon Chiang Wae, Amphoe Kumphawapi.
National Childrens Day January 12th
In Thailand, the second Saturday in January is designated as Wan Dek (Children’s Day). It’s a day when children receive gifts from family members and are generally treated with even more affection than normal.
Many tourist attractions see an influx of families who are able to take advantage of free or reduced entry prices for youngsters.
