APLEX Unveils Latest Industrial Computing Solutions at Embedded World 2025

This year, we will be focusing on the smart manufacturing solution, presenting a comprehensive lineup for various industrial automation needs. From factory automation HMI to application-oriented panel PC, we are bringing brand-new products to enhance efficiency and adaptability. Including the high-performance 12th Gen. Intel i3/i5 powered industrial client HMI – ARCHMI-S-9D; the modular design rugged HMI for edge AI smart manufacturing – AUHMI-8C and the button-integrated panel PC - ABOS-9D, which delivers intuitive operation.

 

Additionally, we also offer ARM-based HMI and embedded box PCs series with high flexibility and expansibility to support remote monitoring, device control, real time data collection, and more.

For industries requiring hygienic computing solutions, our stainless steel series includes the IP66/ IP69K-rated PhanTAM-9C and ViTAM-9D, which respectively powered by

11th and 12th/ 13th Gen. Intel Core i3/ i5. As well as the food safety FABS-8B, featuring IP66/ IP69K-rated on the front bezel, these solutions are ideal for food & beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry and clean room, etc. In order to ensure compliance with strict hygiene standard.

For hazardous environments, APLEX introduces the AEx-9E series and AEx-1A series,

the latest explosion-proof panel PC and display certified by ATEX/IECEx Zone2, Zone22 and C1D2/C2D2/C3. In addition, it supports the AVoIP (Audio and Video Over Internet Protocol) technology combines with PoE to transfer high-definition signal up to 100 meters and seamlessly integrate functions of HDMI, USB and power cables for efficient connectivity.

The total IP65-rated panel PC, AVA-610P supports M12 and ISOBUS connectors.

It has E-mark certification, SAE J1939 standards and has meet MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration testing to ensure superior durability. For marine applications, the marine panel PC, ViKING-9B features IP66 front bezel and supports auto-dimming for extreme brightness conditions. It has passed IEC 60945 marine certification as well to ensure reliability.

In the healthcare industry, compliance with certified medical standards is critical.

APLEX offers medical solutions that meet EN 60601-1 standard. The medical

panel PC - EIRA-924DP and medical DICOM monitor - EIRA-124. Both solutions are equipped with aluminum housing with anti-bacteria treatment and IP65 front panel with RFID, barcode scanner, IC card reader features to ensure safety, hygiene, and long-term reliability for medical applications.

AI solutions are another major highlight of our booth. We are showcasing the latest innovations, the generative AI mini server - AITAS-MI500, and edge AI computing box PC – ACS-330 & AITAS series, which provide intelligent data analysis and image recognition. Nevertheless, for AIoT applications, SiER series comes with Ethernet switch and gateway to support protocol communication and conversion.
