The ARCHMI-S-8B integrates the design advantages of the ARCHMI and AUHMI series by combining the modular design and robust construction. ARCHMI-S-8B has a slim front frame, flat front touch screen and IP66 rated front bezel to ensure superior protection against dust and water. Meanwhile, the rugged aluminum die-casting back cover with heat sink design enhances thermal dissipation and provides exceptional ruggedness and durability. In addition, the modular design features a user-friendly design that allows easy maintenance with only two screws. This modular design supports flexibility and facilitates seamless upgrades, making configuration and maintenance more easy, convenient, and cost-effective.

The ARCHMI-S-8B supports both resistive touch and projective capacitive touch with a 10-point multi-touch function. It allows operation with gloves, stylus input, or even wet hands to ensure reliability across diverse industrial applications. Additionally, to enhance usability in various lighting environments, ARCHMI-S-8B provides a comprehensive sunlight-readable solution, featuring high brightness, auto-dimming, optical bonding, and optional LCD coatings (AG/AR/AF). These features maximize screen visibility and user efficiency.

ARCHMI-S-8B is powered by Intel Celeron J6412 processor which comes with multiple screen sizes from 7” TFT-LCD to 21.5” TFT-LCD. It has 2 x USB 3.2 Type A, 2 x USB 2.0 Type A, 2 x COM, 1 x DP port, and 2 x GbE LAN. It boasts DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM memory up to 32GB, 1 x Mini-PCIe expansion slot and 1 x M.2 E-Key for Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth module.
