Join us as we kick off our fall show series!
Howdy San Antonio!
Join us this Labor day weekend at our holiday show and sale for fabulous and unique gifts and a selection you won't see anywhere else!
This is the first of five shows and starts with an extensive inventory thanks to our numerous buying trips throughout the summer. There were just too many great deals and beautiufl items to say no! Look for exciting new pieces such as multi-strand necklaces by Darryl Becenti, exquisite flower necklaces by Mary Tom
, new Spider Opal pieces (with a look very similar to fine Australian black opal), three very unique, all-sterling silver squash blossom necklaces, a beautiful coral pendant by Vernon Haskie with a monster size piece of Mediterranean coral, and some very exciting additions to our large bolo tie collection. Bolos acquired are from today's top award-winning artists: Michael Perry, Howard Nelson, Jack Tom, Kee Yazzie, Bruce Hodgins, Dale Edaakie and more. Bruce's work includes a bolo and a pendant wth dinosaur bone, as well as ten more of his all-hand-made chains, which are always in high demand. Besides a bolo from Michael Perry we also have a bracelet with unbelievably intricate inlay. Michael took numerous awards at this year's Gallup Cermonial, so his work will be even more sought after in the future. If you are looking for earrings we bulked up and have well over 300 new pairs from which to choose. In the modern art department we have two stunning bracelets from Veronica Benally and two of Rebecca Begay's tufa cast bracelets, which are very much in demand. Among our other treasures are very unique pieces including a large ceremonial style nugget necklace with jaclaws, micro-mosiac inlay pieces by Carl & Irene Clark, overlay silver bracelets by Nelson Begay, new rings by Steven Begay's (d) wife Kari (who is carrying on his work), Alton Bedonie link bracelets and many other superb items. These are but a sampling of the thousands of items we're bringing your way, so be sure to stop by this weekend and find that perfect gift for yourself or others from this amazing inventory. As always, we have Items to fit any budget, from insanely affordable (great for gifts!) to not-to-miss collector items! |

Carvings, Pottery, Rugs and More
We have a large selection of smaller sandpaintings (think unique gifts!), all of which are completely handmade, matted and framed by Navajo artists, and a great rug selection including a stunning Two Grey Hills 29x37" Navajo rug by Irene Kirk. There are plenty of sandpainting boxes and Zuni fetishes, which make great gift items. Notable fetishes include a water serpent & pueblo turquoise carving by Florentino Martinez and two of Lloyd Tsalabutie much- sought-after abalone rainbow trout.
RARE PAINTINGS!
***We recently came across two rare original paintings by very collectible artists: a Harrison Begay which we had beautifully re-framed & matted, as well as a Benson Hallwood painting of Canyon DeChelly's White House ruin.
We have an excellent selection of handmade American Indian pottery including pieces from many of the Puebloan groups (NM) as well as a very nice variety of Navajo etched pottery.
We have brand new kachina carvings from multi-award winning artists Raymond Chee, Laurence Dallas and other great artists as well.
See you there!
