Time to focus on the muscles of the upper body! Get a full upper body workout along with short cardio segments. This class uses the bars, plates and bands for fun variety. Finish the class with a functional core exercises and an extended stretch.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Our classic Extreme Yoga Sculpt class modified and amped up for the infrared hot room! Improve your strength with this yoga class using weights! Yoga Sculpt combines strengthening, and toning moves with cardio intervals so you can get a serious calorie burn right on your mat! An extreme yoga workout to make you sweat!

Hot sculpt is a dynamic workout that incorporates resistance interval training and a short cardiovascular interval. Designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups using dumbbells. The infrared heat will add another level to this class leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Fusion Box

Fusion Box is a blast of fast paced cardio! Kicks, punches, partner work and more! This class uses gloves and mitts (provided) to send your workout to the next level!

Sweat, sculpt and tone your entire body with a fun blend of light weights and yoga flow with pilates inspired movements. You will use body weight, hand weights and bursts of cardio to strengthen and tone every muscle and boost your endurance.

All about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Practicing in the infrared heat will add another level of relaxation.
