Stability Ball Core & Cardio

This class is designed to help you strengthen your core muscles while also getting your heart rate up with some fun and challenging cardio exercises using the stability ball. And of course, we'll be setting all of this to great music to keep you energized and motivated throughout the entire workout!

Tuesday, April 18

Rep will push you to your limit with a heavy weight, low repetition circuit. We will challenge you to do a set number of reps before moving quickly through a cardio blast segment.
The best way to burn calories is to add muscle! For every pound of muscle you add your metabolism increases by 7%. This class pushes you to add the fat burning muscle!

Hot Sculpt

Hot sculpt is a dynamic workout that incorporates resistance interval training and a short cardiovascular interval. Designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups using dumbbells. The infrared heat will add another level to this class leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Fusion Box

Fusion Box is a blast of fast paced cardio! Kicks, punches, partner work and more! This class uses gloves and mitts (provided) to send your workout to the next level!
Weighted gloves are optional and available at the studio.

The perfect mix of strength exercises for the whole body plus a fun endurance workout for the entire core. This class uses a variety of equipment to challenge the entire body and drill down on all those core stabilizers. Fun music completes this class!

Hot Sculpt & Box

Short intervals of boxing based moves and muscle sculpting exercises designed to mix up your fitness routine. This class is set in our infrared hot room to leave you detoxed and feeling refreshed.

All about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Practicing in the infrared heat will add another level of relaxation.

We are about to help you kill it at life! Functional fitness mimics all the things we do daily BUT we push it harder to make you stronger!
