Outdoor Sunset Fire Flow

October 18th

7:00PM-7:45PM

Join us around the fire pit at the studio for an outdoor sunset flow class! This special event class will be like nothing you have ever experienced! Enjoy hot tea, by the fire while you move through a series of of yoga flows, increasing endorphins, flexibility and more!

Bring a small blanket for shavasana.

Equipment: bring a yoga mat, no shoes needed, blanket

Location: outdoors, south of the building
