Louise Goldberg, ERYT 500, is owner of Relaxation Now LLC and founder of Creative Relaxation®. Her new  book, Classroom Yoga Breaks will be published by Norton Books in Education on November 15, 2016. Her first book, Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs, was published by Norton  Professional Books in 2013. She is a co-author of S.T.O.P. and Relax, Your Special Needs Yoga Toolbox ©2006, updated 2014. Her DVD Yoga for Children ©2004 features children on the autism spectrum.
  Louise is the owner/director of the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach, Florida. She teaches yoga to children and adults, and trains professionals to implement yoga in classrooms and therapeutic settings.  A consultant with the Broward Schools for over 30 years, she teaches yoga at the Miami Children's Hospital-Dan Marino Center day camp. She is the anatomy instructor for the Teacher Training at the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach and is on the faculty of the Children's Yoga School at ChildLight Yoga in Dover, NH.

  She has been a presenter at the National Kids Yoga Conference in Washington, DC, Kripalu's Yoga in Schools Symposium in Lenox, MA, for the Autism Society of America in Florida and Arizona, Weekend with the Expert in Broward, the Learning and the Brain Conference in San Francisco, and SYTAR Boston for the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

   Louise holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. from the University of Connecticut. She has been an English teacher at the middle, high school and college levels, and a remedial reading specialist. She is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in cranial sacral therapy. She became a certified yoga teacher through the Sivananda organization in 1981.
