Hi Tribe!

A particularly warm welcome to new tribe members. There is something about Spring that gets things growing. And tribe membership is no exception! During April, the Tribe has grown at its fastest since the launch last Spring.

A warm welcome to you all - and many thanks to existing members of the tribe for all the support you give to new members.

In particular, this week we are looking at the learning in the tribe - with particular focus on Bruce's brilliant gift of a specially-tailored series of blogposts!

Featured Discussion – Tribal Intelligence; Learning Together

Today, we wanted to bring your attention to an incredibly generous gift to the tribe by long-standing stalwart and all round hero, Bruce L. In response to a query from Sheri S about process mapping and available resources on the web, a few of us gave pointers to useful pages. However, upon seeing that these wouldn't really answer Sheri's question, Bruce produced a complete 4-part guide for her (and the tribe)!
