CARGO ALERT
USTR Announces 10% Duties on List 4
8/13/19
The United States Trade Representative released an announcement on August 13, 2019, explaining the process for imposing the additional tariff of 10 percent on approximately $300 billion worth of Chinese imports.
The notice states that certain items will be removed from the list based on health, safety, national security and other factors. Additionally, there will be a List 4A that will go into effect on September 1, 2019, and a List 4B that will go into effect on December 15, 2019.

The USMCOC Board Members also had a visit and briefing with key administration oficials at the White House. Finally, we had a 'Good Neighbor Awards Dinner Gala' at the Organization of American States with Honorary Excellence Martha Barcena Coqui, Ambassador of Mexico to the United States. |
