Dear Friends & Neighbors,
Happy Easter & Passover to everyone! We're wrapping up March with our 2nd Annual McGolrick Easter Egg Hunt - picked by Time Out NY Kids as one of NYC's top 10 Easter egg hunts! Woo hoo! A huge thank-you to the Friends of McGolrick Park, OSA, and volunteers from MS 126 Leo's, the Williamsburg Unitarian Church, and other folks who are lending a hand this Saturday. The weather forecast is calling for a beautiful day so we hope to see you all there.
We also thank Fada and Ascension Church for hosting our Museum planning meeting and Greencycle Swap in March. These are the friends and partners that make our Greenpoint/Williamsburg community so special!
Then a fun and busy April beckons: CM Steve Levin's District 33 Participatory Budgeting vote, museum planning meetings, Greencycle Swap, park clean ups, and of-course, our first-ever BROOKLYN BabyFEST. |
