Leader of Minerva Circle Message

Sorors,

Please make note of our final round of interviews, as we work together to bring new members into our chapter:

** Sorors must bring an ID to be admitted to view interviews

** Only members of the Minerva Circle will be allowed to ask questions

**Professional attire required

Interview Date - Sunday, December 17, 2017
Time - 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Hopewell High School
11530 Beatties Ford Road
Huntersville, NC 28078

Notes
** Enter buiilding at Main entrance
** Interviews will be held on the 700 Hall
** This is the same building where chapter meetings are held
** Attire - Professional dress is required

Reminders

Chapter vote must take place the day after the last interview
Voting shall be by secret ballot using an electronic voting process
All chapter members must be given an opportunity to review the membership application packets before the chapter vote
LOBBYING for applicants is PROHIBITED. Lobbying is defined as any soror seeking to influence a vote for or against any applicant(s)
**This will be handled as a Code of Conduct violation

Our president will hold a chapter check in via a conference call. All chapter members are invited to participate. The call will be recorded.
