The Wildling Museum and I share a mission. They state it as, "to inspire our community and visitors to enjoy, value, and conserve wildlife and natural areas through art." So it is just coincidence that they invited me to show my work there.
If you haven't seen this museum, I highly recommend it. Their exhibits are wonderful, and they are currently featuring fabulous art dedicated to California's National Parks.
The Museum asked me to exhibit original paintings in the gift shop! I will show 9-11 pieces and a selection of my popular ceramic art tiles. Please stop by! The Museum is worth making a day trip to see, as well as Solvang, the historic Danish Village.

In the Vineyard & On the Farm
at Bernat Vineyard
August 6th, Los Olivos, CA
Los Olivos Wine Merchant & Cafe invited Laurel to create a special painting on location during their annual event, while guests enjoy an evening of delicious local cuisine out in the vineyard around a huge farm table. The wet painting will be auctioned as soon as it is done!
