"You can't go back, but you can go forward" is a powerful reminder that our past—no matter how significant, painful, or joyful—is unchangeable. There’s no reason to look back, because we’re not going that way. Regrets, missed opportunities, and even cherished moments belong to a chapter that’s already been written. While we can’t return to where we were, we always have the ability to move forward.

I once heard the quote, "You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one." I love that. It’s clear, decisive, and leaves no room for hesitation.
