The goal of this workshop is to provide ophthalmologists, optometrists, family / emergency physician and other primary eye care providers with a professionally stimulating forum in which to exchange ideas regarding enhancing inter-professional collaboration for eye care in the management of common blinding eye conditions including presentation of new research developments.
Registration Fees:
Opthalmologists, Optometrists and Physicians - $175
Other Health Professionals - $125
Students and Residents - $100
Target Audience:
Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Family Physician / Emergency Room Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Opticians, Residents and Other Primary Eye Care Workers.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS
McMaster University, Continuing Health Sciences Education Program (CHSE) is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Continuing Medical Education (CACME) to provide CFPC Mainpro+ and RCPSC Maintenance of Certification (MOC) study credits for Continuing Medical Education.
This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of
The College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the McMaster University Continuing Health Sciences Program for up to 6 Mainpro+ credits.
This activity is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of
