2- You must complete all the exercises each day, like the song. (On day #1, you just do the 1st day; on day 12, you do all days, etc)
3- You must drink a minimum of 50% of your body weight in water, or at least 80 ounces if you weigh over 160.
4- You must get at least 8 days of 30 minute workouts in over the course of the 12 days.
5- You must check-in in the comments of the daily image I post each day, with a photo of you working out or drinking water.
6- You get a bonus Prize Entry for each person you get to Like this page and participate in the challenge! Sharing is a good way to do this. (just keep track of your points)
