Valentine's Day Gifts don't have to add inches to your waistline!
Here are a few ideas of cute ways to show your Valentine you love them without making them have to spend an extra hour on the treadmill:

Great Results in January's Muscles & Money Challenge!
Congrats to the following challengers!
~Kalli lost 8#, 5.4" and feels "fortunte beyond measure to be surrounded by such strong, compassionate, intelligent and creative peeps as you". She changed her mindset and feels stronger every day because of her Fit Fam!
~Mary lost 4", 1#, and loved the support of the group to get her through post-op recovery!
~Stacey maintained her weight loss despite being immobile the whole challenge due to abdominal surgery! Referred to our fit fam as her 'strong leg'.
~Vaishali lost 3.6" and got back on track!
~Heather lost 4.7#, 2.7" and loved seeing everyone's pics to stay motivated!
