As you are aware I have declared that I will be running for City Councillor in Ward 39 Scarborough-Agincourt.

Some issues that are of importance to me are:

• Ensuring that Scarborough Grace Hospital will remain open and function as a full-service, community    hospital; 
• Continuing to work with residents, to make sure the re-development of the Bridlewood Mall enhances  the quality of life in the area;
• Securing increased Settlement Services for New Immigrants to look after the needs of newcomers;
• Making sure that our neighborhoods are a safe place in which to live and raise our children; and,
• Upgrading our public transit and bringing the subway to Scarborough along Sheppard Avenue.

I have always maintained that it’s important to ask you for your views on the important issues facing our neighborhood. Your responses help me to represent you more effectively.
