This production is seeking more men to attend our auditions! This is a great opportunity to be part of an emotionally-intimate actor-driven approach to a musical theater masterpiece.

Important Dates
Rehearsals: 7/16/17 - 9/8/17
Tech: 9/10/17 - 9/15/17 (No conflicts allowed)
Performances: 9/16/17 - 10/8/17
Please note that there will not be a performance on Friday, September 29 in observance of Kol Nidre, which marks the beginning of Yom Kippur. One Sunday during the run will have both a matinee and evening performance.
Requirements for Auditions

Sign up for an audition appointment.
- Submit your information to SCP via our
online registration system, download the audition form and conflict calendar that is provided to you during the online registration, and bring your completed audition form, conflict calendar, a recent photo, and theatre resume (if you have one) to your audition.
- Be prepared to sing and dance at the preliminary auditions.
- Prepare one short section (~32 bars or 1 minute) of a song. Your selections should show your vocal range.
If you are unable to attend auditions, please send an audition form, your theatre resume, headshot, and video of your audition song to

Schoolhouse Rock Live! JR. team is thrilled to announce that there's now a second chance to be part of this production--even if you missed open auditions last week. By special arrangement, we're letting additional performers audtiton this upcoming Saturday, May 13 during callbacks. Avenue Q. All roles are open. In an effort for our stage to reflect our diverse world, we encourage people of all ethnicities, ages, body types, and gender to audition for this exciting production. Please read through the following information and then continue through the registration process to schedule your audition appointment. |

Regular rehearsals are Sunday from 6:30pm-9:30pm and Monday-Thursday from 7pm-10pm beginning in September. Some Saturdays may be required.

Requirements for Auditions
- Bring in a completed
audition form, a completed
conflict calendar, a recent photo, and theatre resume to your audition.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot and check in at the registration table.
- Be prepared to sing and move at the preliminary auditions.
- Prepare a short section (~32 bars or 1 minute) of a song. Your selections should demonstrate your vocal range while also showing how you can bring realism and storytelling to a character, as the audience will need to empathize with all of the characters living on Avenue Q. For those wishing to be considered for Trekkie Monster, Rod, Nicky, or Christmas Eve, please bring an additional 16 bars you can sing in the appropriate character voice.
