When ordering, please ensure you choose the correct coffee. Prevail Slimroast™ is the OLD one (that is the one you need to order) and Prevail Slimroast Plus™ is the NEW one.
Make sure YOU order the right ones......if a mistake is made the customer (you and I ) will be responsible to fix and return if necessary, not Valentus.
Also be sure to spread the word if you know others who have used the OLDER coffee in the past.
When ordering the new products we can only order 4 of each of the NEW PrevailMax, Prevail Breakthrough and SLIMROAST (original being re-launched) AT A TIME!!!! So if you are buying 6 box pk or a 16 bx pk, you cannot purchase in the ONE order more than 4 of each of these products! THIS IS temporary for the first month so everyone can get all the new products and we ALL get our fair share.
