.....the Olympic Mountains and their glacier-capped summits, rocky slopes, montane forests and subalpine wildflower-filled meadows.
.....the Wilderness Coast with its colorful tidepools and picturesque beaches, rocky headlands, coastal forests and offshore sea stacks.
.....the Temperate Rain Forests. Ancient, lush, jungle-like, magical forests supporting a wonderful array of epiphytes, mosses, ferns and lichens draping from branches and covering tree trunks in a vast palette of greens.

Our accommodations are very special with both lodges situated in outstanding locations within the Olympic Wilderness! Lakeside rooms in the Marymere Lodge provide excellent views of the deep, clear, glacier-carved Lake Crescent. And, we’ll hear the roar of the sea at our private cabins of Kalaloch Lodge, which sits high on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Coast and offers a wide, easily accessible sandy beach.
Each day will bring us new experiences in this magnificent park as we hike along park trails, investigating whatever crosses our path and catches our interest. We’ll be on the lookout for wildlife, and I promise there will be no lack of spectacular scenery to view throughout the week.
