Education: In October, scientists in Japan announced for the first time the birth of baby mice from eggs made with their parent’s skin. In vitro gametogenesis, or IVG, would make eggs available for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) without the need to hyperstimulate the ovaries or use egg donors. It would also make reproduction possible for otherwise infertile couples unable to produce sperm or eggs in the normal |

Prayer: Dear Father God, Please help everyone to recognize you, Lord, as the author and creator of every human life. Help us to build a society where every child will know that they are a product of an act of love between their parents, not a product of technology, or a commodity sold for a price. Help all of us to realize that we must not insist on controlling every aspect of our lives but to trust in You and submit to your holy will. |

Action: Be aware of what is becoming possible with new scientific techniques.Voice your opinion to legislative representatives and government officials to act always with respect for every human life, from the moment of conception. Be aware of what is happening right now with in vitro fertilization (IVF), by
reading or
watching a short video.Share with others how the procedure creates many more children than will ever be born, allowing the majority to die and others to be frozen indefinitely. Of every 100 embryos created, only about 11 are born.
Join us this Saturday, Feb 4, 10 a.m to 12 noon, in prayer outside Planned Parenthood, 4600 Gulf Freeway in Houston.
