There is such a wonderful energy in the air right now. We participated in a Preschool Fair with over 250 in attendance and had a great response (thank you to Miss Anne and Miss Mele for being our representatives!); I just led a Walk Through the Classes with 18 parents (many of them looking for Grades classes); we have current applicants hoping to enter our school right now instead of waiting for fall; our Spring Parent/Toddler classes are completely full; we are looking at holding a Spring Break Camp on campus for the first time (see below); and after today, I will have more exciting news to share on a recent award given by the State of California!
Thank you to those who took advantage of our reduced rate registration. We are happy to report we have much higher registration numbers at this point than we did in years past. We encourage everyone to register soon, as registration is now open to new students and early childhood classes are currently in high demand.
If you have a child who will be three years old by September, please attend our Preschool Information Night on March 21st from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. This is a time to find out how a Waldorf preschool differs from other programs, what the rhythm is like and explore the importance of play. Flyer coming soon.
Enjoy the beautiful weekend ahead!
Warmly,
Lisa

Spring Break Camp - Are You Interested?
We are considering running Spring Break camps on campus for our Early Childhood and Grades students led by our faculty. Grades camp themes could include cooking, arts, and yoga, for example.
Red Rose Co., led by Ms. Raine and Ms. Parry, will also be holding their own (off-campus) Spring Break camp focusing on activities and movement.
If you are interesting in the possibility of on-campus Spring Break camps, please
email us by Wednesday, March 15th as we are trying to guage interest at this time. If there is enough interest to run the camps, complete details will be announced in a future email. |
