Today, we are following up to let you know that CCS has expanded its services and we are now equipped to take on corporate clients. We feel that this is an extremely important area for our company to focus on as the State continues to go after contractors.
The Labor Enforcement Task Force reported,
“51% of companies audited in 2016 were found to be not compliant with the Labor Law, 67% of the violations were Public Works violations.....resulting in just over $5.6 million dollars in fines.”
http://www.dir.ca.gov/LETF/LETF_Legislative_Report_2016.pdf
This is unacceptable to us. As a family-owned company which started with nothing but a dream of making sense of today’s construction compliance, we are not okay with the aggressive tactics that the State and local unions take against good, hard-working contractors. With our mission in mind, we have formulated our
Penalty Prevention Program.
The
Penalty Prevention Program is an aggressive solution that is customizable for each client. As no two companies are the same, no two
Penalty Prevention Programs are the same.
Through this solution we can identify your company’s compliance strengths and weaknesses. We use the same methods of investigation used by the State to design a plan of action that will help ensure that your company is shielded against possible non-conformities.
Basic Program Steps:
Other tools that we use to ensure strict compliance: Subcontractor management, project overview and management, and continuous support for your team.
Our affordable solutions are the key to your compliance success. There is no harm is simply seeing if CCS is the right fit for you. There is no cost or obligation to obtain a free proposal.
I look forward to speaking with you and discussing what CCS can do for your company.
Please call our office to setup a time to speak or email me directly.
Thank you,
Michael McCoy
