Dario Castagno's 2019 Chianti Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
First of all a big ciao from Chianti, Tuscany! I'm happy to announce that it's the time of the year where I pick and select olives and turn them into the scrumptious Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) I'm so passionate about. You might not be aware that the quality isn't subjective but granted by the level of acidity contained. To be able to reach the lowest, I choose to harvest before they turn too ripe, then as soon as the precious liquid gets squeezed out of the press, I bottle and ship. This is why and how I'm able to deliver the 2019 EVOO withing days from the making. I challenge you to find anyone else that can guarantee the same service. You shan't! Trust the words of an EVOO sommelier...me!
