|
Ensuring the education quality of our courses is the first priority of ACES Academic Enrichment Center. However, the quality of teaching depends on a highly qualified team of instructors. After three months of hard work, through our various channels, our Enrichment Program Coordinator, Khristian Roberts and recruiting team reviewed more than 300 resumes. After several rounds of phone screening and face-to-face interviews at the school, the hard work pays off. We have now selected 17 very qualified, experienced summer instructors to form a strong summer academic enrichment instructor team to complete the summer English, STEM, SAT and public speaking/debate courses. Below are members of our summer instructor team. |

Our Summer instructors include Ph.Ds, Ph.D candidates, National Merit Scholarship finalists, AP scholars, UT CS Turing Scholar, math competition winers and highly qualified, experienced educators.

During instructor recruiting time, we followed the following criteria to select highly qualified instructors: 1.) Strong academic background; A good instructor must have much deeper and wider academic knowledge than the level of the class she/he will teach. The teachers our students will see in the summer classes will be well-trained with great academic achievement 2.) Passionate in education and have teaching experience. 3.) Understand core areas and struggling points on a course they are teaching; and create a relaxed and interactive learning atmosphere and improve students' interest in learning; 4.)
