About the eBay Internship Program:
We hire brilliant students to join eBay as interns. Throughout their internship, we make sure they work on meaningful and important projects that directly impact eBay’s business over the course of 12 weeks. As an intern, you will also actively participate in the Intern Conference and Intern Showcase. When you are not busy learning new things, you’ll be making new friends at the many outings, events, and adventures that will be planned to enhance your internship experience.

The eBay Talent Attraction Intern will be responsible for achieving Talent Acquisition’s overall goals which include: finding and engaging world-class talent, fostering transparency of recruiting processes and functions and providing excellent candidate experiences during the hiring process. This intern will be asked to take on projects and daily tasks which will improve the candidate experience and processes across the organization such as:
- Developing innovative ways to find and engage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Generating unique content for talent attraction social media
- Conducting market research
- Driving employer brand awareness through out-of-the-box thinking
- Sourcing talent for open roles
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, public relations, organizational psychology or related accredited program
- Detail-oriented, quick learner who is resourceful and able to operate in ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present oneself well in meetings and team settings
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook (preferred)
- Diploma or Educational Equivalent
- Starts June 5th, 2017; 12 weeks; 40hrs per week; paid internship
