The chapter's board of directors met last night and during that meeting it was revealed that we actually have about a table and a half (15 seats) still available at this late date. Remember, the banquet is on this coming Saturday, February 3rd, at the Torrington Country Club in Goshen. Doors open at 6:00
If you haven't ordered your tickets yet, this is a last chance deal to get them today, but you must act quick.
To get one or more of the available tickets,
CALL RON LEONI, Banquet Chairman, at 860-485-1647 and make arrangements with him. Tickets are not available a the door because as you know, this is an authentic game dinner and the items on the menu are not common fare available at the supermarket. View the menu on our website
www.nwctu.com)
Banquet tickets are $45 each. Grand raffle tickets are $5 each and will be available at the banquet. This year we also have several bucket raffles. Bucket Raffle tickets will only be available at the banquet.
On a side note, as warm as the weather has been, it is currently unsafe to wade or ride in a boat on the Housatonic River above Gaylordsville. The surface current is moving at over 2000 cubic feet per second(CFS)(measured at Falls Village). Be on the safe side, and if you're going to fish, dress for the weather and try the Naugatuck River (172 Cubic Feet per Second at Thomaston), or the Farmington River (240 Cubic Feet per Second) at Riverton with an additional 60 CFS below the confluence with the Still River.
See you at the Banquet!
