For those who follow the Riverdale Residents Facebook page or live nearby, you might have seen the unfortunate water issues at the Mahler house on Elmhurst Lane. I am very thankful for the quick action by neighbors to get the water shut off, but I would like to check with our City Administrator to see if there are any options to prevent this from happening again. |

There's a new pizza place that just opened up down the street from Riverdale. Come join your fellow residents at 6 PM on January 4th (Thursday night) and try out the new place as a group. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors and support a new, local business. (and hopefully you won't go home hungry) |

One of my campaign ideas was to host office hours so residents could get together with me and have their voices heard (and to help me with scheduling!) This week, I've taken the entire week off of work and am planning on being at City Hall from about 8 AM to 4 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. (I've got a 2 year old to drop off at daycare before and after, so my times might not be exactly 8-4, but close) On Friday, I'll be home all day and available to meet with anyone at any time (except maybe when I'm sleeping) If you'd like to get together and talk about your New Year's resolutions for Riverdale, click the button above and send me an email or call me at 563-359-4988 (H) or 507-319-0081 (C). |
