This Friday morning, Senior Scholars at Queens will meet in Wolfe Hall at PUMC. Meanwhile, many of our members are in the NC mountains until Thursday morning enjoying our annual Wildacres Retreat in a delightful, top-of-the-mountain setting. If you have never been there, you should definitely plan to attend next year!
Our Spring Luncheon is coming up on Tuesday, May 30 at Carmel Country Club. With an Olympic theme, our speaker will give us information about the history of pickle ball as it prepares to become an Olympic sport. Registration for the luncheon starts this Friday.

Currently, our Nominating Committee needs to fill several key positions on our Board of Directors. If you have had any leadership experience during your career, please consider volunteering and contact our Past President, Len Norman, through the website. Volunteer Page
Please also be aware of a Zoom sign up modification. Senior Scholars would like to understand the actual # watching via zoom each week. When you register, enter the total # watching with you. We’ll report back the results as we evaluate this trial.
Stop by to say hello and ask any questions you may have about Senior Scholars at the Welcome Table (formerly known as the donut table) each Friday. Members of the marketing committee and the board will be there.
News Alert: Upcoming special guest! May 17.
Judge Michael Luttig, who advised VP Mike Pence on the January 6 ratification of the electoral results, will be our speaker that day. His topic will be "American Democracy and the Rule of Law in Peril."
