Ecstatic Dance is a meditation in movement.
This free style dance practice serves as a tool to drop into your body, liberate your mind and connect to the ecstasy of moment to moment presence. It offers the opportunity for you to gather all of your parts and meet yourself fully as you are. When we do not have anyone telling us what to do nor have steps to follow, we are gifted the joy and freedom that arrives from moving authentically.
Join a community of amazing humans as we dance barefoot, get sweaty and open ourselves to the beauty of this human existence.
There are a few basic rules in ecstatic dance:
