As activities start to ramp up make sure you secure your dates for the Summer or Fall seasons. Our staff is vaccinated and with changes in rules many locations should have their students/staff back on campus.

If you are no longer in the position let us know & if you know your replacement let us know that too.

As you plan for the Summer, Fall & Winter season, we have a few events which can be done even with the social distance rules in place. Outdoor Movies/Drive-In Movies and Extreme Music Bingo are the events that can be done outdoors. With people wanting to do something safe and fun now is your chance to provide great entertainment for your campus community. One thing you are going to want to do to keep students busy on campus with low-risk activities.

With Outdoor Movies your students can spread out on an open field, socially distanced, and enjoy a movie on our inflatable movie screen. Outdoor Movies & Drive-In Movies are some of our safest/most popular events. We have been providing Outdoor Movies & Drive-In Movies for over 20 years and have affordable packages for small to medium-sized events. With our experience, we can help you have a successful movie event.

Extreme Music Bingo can be done safely outdoors or indoors with virtually no contact between our staff/guests. Extreme Music Bingo is another great event for orientation and Back to School. Combining Bingo & Music makes an event everyone will love. With all types & genres, we can entertain all age groups. For Women's Day & Black History Month we have a special version that will entertain educate

Outdoor Movies

As a campus event outdoor movies are perfect for bringing all groups together. With multiple screen sizes, we have the perfect movie package for your needs and budget. For our recurring clients, we have added text messaging so viewers can send shout-outs to the screen. We also provide music videos before the movie.

Karaoke to the Max

We have the latest songs right off the charts. Our version of karaoke combines live karaoke and a CD recording booth. The singers perform on stage and each group gets a CD of their performance. Multiple TVs make it easy for the audience to sing along increasing the excitement level. It is the perfect event for activity hour or coffee house.

Blacklight Video Dance Party

Party under our high powered Blacklights with the the latest music videos. (perfect halloween event)

Headphone Outdoor Movie

Extreme Music Bingo

An exciting combination of music, music videos and trivia, and fun. The best music and customized bingo sheets will turn your regular bingo night into something that everyone won't forget. We also have special games for Women's Month, Black History Month, & Team Building

Drive-In Movie

Drive-In Movies are the perfect event for allowing people to go out and have a nice evening watching movies from the car. We have the FM transmitter so the audio is sent to the car radio. We also provide music before the movie so everyone is entertained while waiting for the movie to start.

Throwback Video Dance Party

Party with the music videos from the '90s, '80s, 2000s, or ’70s. Lighted dance floor panels, video screen(s) giveaways, and retro music videos you’ve never seen before = One great party. This event was showcased at the NACA Mid Atlantic conference to rave reviews. (The perfect Halloween event)

Add Wireless headphones to our Outdoor Movie event so you can have the event without disturbing the whole campus.
