Thank you for stopping in our booth at the 2024 NACA Rhode Island conference last week. As we discussed I will include the Photo Booth as a bonus with any event booked because of the conference for the next few weeks. We discussed our Karaoke to the Max event, Extreme Bingo Music event, and Outdoor Movie events with many colleges at the conference. Our Karaoke & Outdoor Movie events have been regular events at our recurring clients for over 20 years. And we have clients who have been using our services for over 30 years. Karaoke to the Max & Extreme Music Bingo events are perfect for community college and can done during the day or night and is perfect for orientations. Our Karaoke to the Max event has been traveling to college campuses since 1995 and Extreme Music Bingo for the last 10 years. Both events are fun and feature music everyone will enjoy.

Tips for increasing attendance at your events:
1. Remember to secure your dates ASAP so we can do the best routing.
2. Try having your event monthly or on a regular schedule. We repeatedly get asked when is the next event at the end of each event.
3. Add our photo booth for event photos & social media photos which can be use to promote your next event. |
