Join your friends and neighbors for an afternoon of live music, food and drink specials, and the wildest annual parade to hit the shores of Long Beach!  Free festivities run from 1pm to 7pm!  Participation in this year’s parade is FREE – send in your entry form, and join the crowd at 3pm for this year’s Mardi Gras parade!

This year, the team behind last year’s Long Beach Mardi Gras is teaming with Shoreline Village and Long Beach Cinematheque to bring Rainbow Harbor something it’s never seen before – a Mardi Gras event that celebrates the occassion as it is enjoyed across the globe, from Italy to Brazil to New Orleans.  Dance to music ranging from swing to calypso to samba – there’ll be something for everyone at this year’s event!
