learn about some of the earliest writings of Fascia through history, as well as, the anatomy of the Fascial tissue and how it truly is the “Living Matrix.”
Hands On Workshop
Demonstration and technique to allow you to "feel" the fascia, shoulder and c-spine release techniques. Side line release techniques focusing on the serratus anterior and external oblique's. Supine anterior chest and hip release techniques with focus on the rectus abdominous and the psoas. Lumbar/sacral and lower extremity release techniques with emphasis on lumbar/sacral compression and decompression, TFL release with IT mobilization and sweep. Gastrocnemius mobilization and release. see how these techniques can impact your patient/clientand enhance your practice.
