Hello Friends!
Happy 2019! Best wishes from our family to yours for a healthy and happy one.
Last year we reached our 50th anniversary and want to thank each and every one of you for your support - we couldn't have done it without you! Thanks to you, we not only reached this remarkable milestone, but were able to continue our support of artists, their families and the Native American arts culture. We look forward to continuing this work as well as bringing you the best of the southwest in the new year and for many more to come.
This year we are starting out with the largest inventory of jewelry that we have had in a long time, thanks in part to several private collections we obtained last year. They are so large that we still have work to do in terms of cataloguing, cleaning and preparing them for sale. This has been an ongoing process because there are so many pieces. So far for this series we have over 150 pieces that are ready to go! This collection contains jewelry from some of the most outstanding and sought after Native American artists in the southwest.
Click here for more on this amazing collection and other great things we'll be bringing your way. There are very limited pieces of Bruce Hodgins jewelry available, some of which we obtained very recently, but after this there won't be much available (unless we come across a private collection). We'll have a variety of inlayed jewelry from Stone Weaver artists, Zuni earrings, rings, pins and pendants, as well as some larger mens sized rings per your requests. If you are looking for concho belts with a "wow" factor we have those too thanks to the aforementioned collections. Another show-stopper piece from Tamara Anderson and Alton Bedonie will be with us for this show. Tamara cut all the stones (dinosaur bone & turquoise) and designed the pendant; Alton brought it to life with his flawless silverwork (picture at right). We'll also have a great selection of earrings, rings, Italian sterling silver chains and more. For more details, click on the "download our newsletter" link below. These are just a sampling of the thousands of items we're bringing your way. As always, we have Items to fit any budget, from insanely affordable (think gifts!) to not-to-miss collector items!
On another note....Abraham Begay and his wife were returning from an event in Oklahoma last fall and while in Albuquerque his entire inventory was stolen from his car. He's been left with very little money from the event, and no inventory to sell. He needs all the help he can get to rebuild. While he's received some donations, and has gotten back to work, there's still a long way to go. What's been received is not nearly enough to buy supplies and stones to rebuild a large enough inventory to make a living. If you'd like to help, click the picture at right to go to Abraham's Go Fund Me page (set up by his daughter). Every little bit helps, and will be appreciated more than you can know!

Carvings, Pottery, Rugs and More
We have a great selection of medium and small sandpaintings and several larger sandpaintings as well as some nice pieces of western art originals. All of our sandpaintings are completely handmade, matted, and framed by Navajo artists. We also have sandpainting boxes, which make lovely and unique gifts, plus a darling miniature rug loom with rug on it!
Our kachina selection is strong with an inventory of Hopi carvings. Work from award winning artists, Laurence Dallas, Keith Torres, Raymond Chee, Marlin Pinto and Sterling McRae are on hand. We have a great pair Martha Appleleaf and Carmelita Dunlap, black on black feather pattern pots as well as a gorgeous cream on red plate by Helen Gutierrez, and several much sought-after pots from Bob Lansing. Just in are three Maria Martinez pots from a collection as well as pieces by Phyllis and Marlene Hemlock and Bob Lansing. This collection also contains several great miniature pots and a miniature storyteller.
We have a large selection of Zuni animal fetishes on hand. Many of these carvings are by well known, award winning artists and are crafted from an assortment of stones and organic material. Marvin Toya, from the Jemez Pueblo carved several mid-size pieces that measure in the six to eight inch range and some smaller inexpensive gift sized ones, including eagles, owls, corn maidens and others. Other not to miss pieces are some stunning carvings by Florentine Martinez, a multi-award winning Zuni carver. There will be something in everyone's price range, so be sure to stop by and see us!
See you there!
