By attending this activity, participants will be able to:
Obtain a clinically relevant overview of the anticoagulant management of common thromboembolic disorders.
Review the current management of anticoagulant-associated bleeding and resumption of anticoagulation following bleeding events.
Discuss optimal use of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy in patients with venous and arterial disease.
