Dear Maple Village Families,
A while back, you were asked to fill out a survey for the CSULB MBA students. This project will directly inform our school’s business plan.
Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey. As you will see, a good portion of the 81 responses are Early Childhood families! While the MBA students are continuing to do more analysis to the data, we thought we would share some interesting initial graphs.
Have a great GREEN day and weekend ahead!
Lisa

Reminder: Student Illness
We have had many sick students lately and wanted to remind everyone of this section from our
Parent Handbook:
Illness, Health and Safety: Since we do not have the space or staff to supervise sick or recovering children, it is best to keep them home if they are not well enough for outdoor play. A parent will be called if a child develops a fever or is too sick to participate in class. A place to rest quietly away from the group will be provided until a parent or alternate arrives. Please be sure your child is well enough to participate in all activities before returning to school. A child who has had a fever may return when their temperature has been normal for at least 24 hours. Remember to advise the office of any contagious or transmittable illnesses so that the teachers and parents of exposed children can be notified.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child's teacher. |

Help Mr. Dan!
Please help Mr. Dan (and Maple Village)! Online reviews are a BIG part of families deciding to check out our school -- and we only have TWO on Google. We can do better than that!
Please take a quick second to write a review
here (feel free to copy/paste if you've written a review elsewhere) and Mr. Dan will be eternally in your debt.

6th & 7th Grade Evergreen Class
Every year, Waldorf schools have a regional sports competition for sixth graders called the Medieval Games. Having studied the Middle Ages in depth, the students are keen to take on the robust accomplishments of skill that are uniquely Medieval. Last month, our lead class of Evergreens participated with much enthusiasm and revelry in this event that is the highlight of the year for any Waldorf student. Here below, Kind Ladies and Gentlemen, please find the event described in their own words.
