Our company provides a practical, functional movement workshop for practitioners which is designed to teach the skills with which to conduct exercise programming for patients who require specific instruction for:
- greater core control pelvic stability
- spinal mobilization
- correct procedure for hamstring
- quad, psoas and spine stretching
- shoulder and pelvic girdle mobilization
- correct breathing technique
- CRM (Continual Resistance Mobilization)
while putting it all together in an understandable exercise program.
