We offer classes designed to teach simple solutions to the healthy eating dilemma most of us face on a daily basis. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to prepare dishes with wonderfully fresh ingredients that are readily available. We will teach you simple preparatory and cooking methods to create meals full of flavour and colour. Using recipes from all around the world, you will be introduced to exciting new meals that are balanced and nutritious.

Classes are offered on Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00.

JAPANESE COOKING- April 16th
