I have been teaching landscape painting in glorious places in Italy every other year. The trips have combined a painting workshop with magnificent food, wine, scenery and culture. In the process, we discovered that painters wanted to bring partners and that non-painters wanted to join even without an attached painter. Both painters and non-painters have had a fabulous experience. So, this year, my friend and Italy expert extraordinaire Dana Edelman and I are going take up to six painters and up to ten non-painters to the Veneto, a beautiful part of Italy that is somewhat less traveled than Tuscany and Umbria. The trip will be from May 27-June 2. We will be, as the name suggests, not that far from Venice, so that people who want to visit the Venice Biennale before or after our trip will find it easy to do so. Please consider joining us.
