NEW: Parent Class in Raising Adventurous Eaters!
|
|
We have two classes coming up in Baby Led Weaning!
Come join a discussion and primer on how to guide your little one to become an adventurous eater. We'll discuss the ins and outs of baby-led weaning (blw), how it differs from "traditional" methods of starting solids and how to provide your child the guided structure needed to succeed in developing positive eating habits.
The class will cover pointers in starting solids (or moving away from puree), gagging/ choking, first foods, how to adapt your recipes into blw-friendly meals, food samples, handouts, Q&A and more.
Saturday, June 21, 1:00-2:30 PM
at Caribou Baby, Brooklyn
Saturday, June 28, 10:30-12:00 PM
in Astoria

The best way to get involved is to compare our calendar to your calendar. If an upcoming class interests you please email us. We'll let you know how you can be involved in the class! |
